Worst and worst service i would say.
They don’t give a time to their client once done with the service. No any follow up and we try to contact to get the follow up they hardly try to arrange the time for you and rude staffs don’t even know how to talk. Even one star I give is more for their service.

I do not advise this clinic for a hair transplant. My experience was disappointing on multiple levels, and the results were far from what was promised.
The most concerning issue is that the doctor does not perform the actual transplant work. Instead, he brings in third‑party freelancers from Surat whenever needed. This is never disclosed upfront, and it raises serious questions about consistency, accountability, and safety.
A lot of the clinic’s publicity seems to rely on polished YouTube videos rather than genuine expertise or patient outcomes. Inside the clinic, the situation is very different. The staff is minimal — essentially one permanent clinical assistant — and the overall professionalism is lacking.
There is also no transparency about the number of grafts implanted. In my case, the doctor claimed to have done 5,000 grafts, but the density and coverage clearly did not match that number. The results speak for themselves, and unfortunately, they are not good.
Please don’t risk your time, money, health, or appearance here. Choose a reputable clinic with a strong track record and proper in‑house medical staff. I highly recommend visiting at least 2–3 clinics before deciding. Compare their facilities, observe how many real patients are present, and if possible, speak to existing patients. It will give you a much clearer idea of which clinics are genuine and which ones rely on marketing rather than results.

I did get surgery from Dr Mithun in Jan 2025. Dr didn't put much effort to explain me procedure for hair transplant. Also, didn't tell me anything after my surgery on how many grafts I got transplanted. When I had follow up appointment Dr wasn't even present there. It's been 11 months since my surgery but I didn't get good result from it. I got only 20-30 percent result since Dr didn't transplanted enough hair. Also, wasn't ready to talk with me to explain after procedure and tell me how many hairs were transplanted. Please see below before transplant and after transplant picture. I even tried to connect him through WhatsApp to speak with him once I was back in USA but his assistant never let me talk with him over WhatsApp call. Very disappointed. Hopefully Dr reach out to me via WhatsApp since I been trying to speak with him on my transplant. I paid money for it to get scam that's what it seems like. I am sharing before transplant in left image and after 6 months of transplant in right image. You can see may be 20 percent difference. Dr don't want talk to me anymore after hair transplant at all. This is very bad. Wasted my time and money to get no result after transplant and no response from Dr to talk over WhatsApp or anything. Dr didn't even said how many grafts were transplanted.

Dr Mithun is very knowledgeable and nice person. He advised perfectly and I decided to go with hair transplant. Result was fantastic and after looking it so many other friends went for hair transplants. Picture before and after (6 months). Added one year after picture.

Well recently i went through bilateral gynaecomastia surgery at Essence Aesthetic under Dr. Mithun in May'23 and today after 3months I am very much happy delighted that I went through it.
